Each gastronomic menu is designed like a journey: delicate flavors, precise cooking and creative combinations.
The 3 and 4 stage menus evolve over the weeks, according to the Chef's inspiration and market arrivals, to offer you a unique experience on each visit. These menus are revealed at the start of the week.
The 6 and 8 step menus are designed as a surprise tasting throughout the seasons.
All menus can be available in vegetarian or vegan versions (only 3 or 4 steps) or can be adapted to food restrictions or intolerances.
